A very nice American Colonial re-stock of a Danish Military flintlock Musket, circa. 1760-1770's.  41", .72 cal. round steel barrel w/barrel makers mark on the left side of breech half visible because the rest is covered by stock.  Lock is marked under the frizzen spring; "CMK".  Brass furniture includes; a Danish Military trigger guard and side plate; American maufacture or European butt plate; American ram rod pipes and stock nose cap.  Stock is of Colonial maunufature and is made in the form of a British Brown Bess Musket w/a few period wood fill patches, otherwise, solid w/normal scratches and dings from years of service.  A great example in wonderful condition and good working order that may have seen service at the end of the French and Indian War, 1757-1763, and the American Revolutionary War, 1776-1783.
