Fine PAIR of Italian Brass Lock Flintlock Naval Pistol w/original belt hooks by; "G. Dander", c. 1705. 9.75", .65 cal. steel octagon to round to cannon muzzel barrels each w/(2) Italian Proofs. Brass locks finely engraved and marked; "G. DANDER". Fine quality brass molded and engraved furniture w/pierced open work side plates w/engraved panels. One pistol has had a period repair to the fore-end (can clearly be seen in photos). 16.75" overall length. Both stocks are solid and of a beautiful root wood type grain. Both pistols are in good working order. )
